Mr. Fredrick received his Bachelors in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from UMKC, a Certificate of Comparative Law from Peking University in Beijing, China, a masters degree in Military Science and Joint Airpower from The Air Force Air University, and also graduated from the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General School of Law and the Air Force’s Squadron Officer School.
For over twenty years he practiced law primarily in the areas of family law, real estate, business transactions and litigation, and appeals in both the Missouri Court of Appeals (Southern District) and the Missouri Supreme Court. He is also an experienced mediator. In 2025, Mr. Fredrick accepted a position as a full-time professor at Drury University’s Breech School of Business, and scaled back his law practice to mediations, guardian ad litem appointments, uncontested family law cases, and business/real estate transactions.
Mr. Fredrick has authored several publications, including the first and second editions of Military Issues in Family Law (MoBar), and his article Cryptocurrency And Blockchain; Here We Go Down The Rabbit Hole was published in the Missouri Bar Journal, and republished in the Wisconsin Bar Journal, Family Law Lawyer Magazine, and Computer and Internet Lawyer Journal. He has served on many charitable boards and Missouri Bar committees, and routinely teaches CLE seminars on a variety of topics. Mr. Fredrick was the head coach of the Drury University NCAA Women’s Triathlon program from 2017-2020. He served in the Army Reserves as a JAG officer from 2005 until 2012, and in the Air Force Reserves from 2013 until the present.
