Dr. Arlisa Campbell is an Assistant Professor of Management and Director of the MBA Program at Drury University. She joined Drury in 2022 after teaching for three years at Missouri Southern State University. Her teaching and research interests include organizational behavior, leadership, experiential learning, and management education. Her scholarly work includes case-based research designed to connect management theory with contemporary organizational challenges.
Dr. Campbell holds a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) with a specialization in Leadership from Walden University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Prior to entering academia, she worked as a Business Analyst in the transportation industry, providing her with industry experience that continues to inform her teaching and research.
In addition to her academic career, Dr. Campbell has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Her combination of academic, industry, and entrepreneurial experience allows her to bring an applied perspective to management and leadership education.
