Assistant Professor of Management, MBA Program Director

Arlisa joins us from Missouri Southern State University where she taught for 3 years. Her research interests include management behavior, situational leadership, and topics in the transportation industry. She holds a M.S. in management and leadership from Western Governors University; and a D.B.A. with specialization in Leadership from Walden University.

She has also been a licensed Realtor for 8 years, and worked as a Business Analyst in the transportation industry for 2 years.
