StrengthsQuest™ is Gallup’s strengths development and engagement program for students and educators. This assessment, based on the concept of intentionally developing your strengths rather than your weaknesses, identifies students’ top five strengths from a list of 34 talents. Grounded in Positive Psychology, the assessment is utilized as a way for students to better understand the way in which they most naturally think, behave, and feel.
