SPRINGFIELD, Mo., January 21, 2025 – Drury University is excited to announce the re-establishment of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, designed to meet the needs of today’s working professionals. The MBA program offers two completion tracks in Accounting and General management, and students may take an accelerated one-year path or a traditional two-year option to complete their degrees. Delivered through eight-week courses, the program combines the convenience of online learning with meaningful faculty interactions, creating a dynamic environment for personal and professional growth.
“The redesigned MBA program offers flexibility and specialized paths to meet the diverse needs of today’s business leaders,” said Dr. Beth Harville, University Provost. “This approach reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality business education that adapts to the evolving demands of the global marketplace and our students’ career aspirations.”
Dr. Arlisa Campbell, Assistant Professor of Management, will serve as the MBA program’s director. Dr. Campbell’s expertise lies in management behavior, situational leadership and transportation industry research. She holds a D.B.A. with a specialization in Leadership from Walden University and brings hands-on knowledge from her years teaching at Missouri Southern State University.

Our team has worked diligently to develop a program featuring specialized tracks in Accounting and General Management that align with current industry demands,” said Dr. Campbell. “Whether prospective candidates aim to deepen their knowledge or advance in their careers, the skills and insights gained through the MBA program will be valuable for professionals at all stages.”

Dr. Bumblauskas, a distinguished leader with a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an A.L.M. from Harvard University, brings a wealth of global experience to his role as Dean. His leadership ensures the program stays attuned to the latest trends in business education.
