About Sunderland Hall

Sunderland Hall, which opened in 2005, houses 132 residents in suites consisting of two bathrooms and four private bedrooms with a closet. Each suite has a microwave and compact refrigerator.

Amenities

  • Laundry
    • There is a laundry room located on each floor of Sunderland Hall, located adjacent to the common area. Each laundry room has two washers and two dryers.
  • Mail

    • Mail is delivered to mailboxes in your individual hall Monday through Friday by the Mailroom, Drury’s shipping center. If someone mails you a package, you will receive a notice via email. If you receive a notice, you can get your package at the Mail Room located in the Drury Bookstore from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F. You will receive your mailbox combination from the Residential Life staff on Move-In Day.

  • Recycling
    • Inside each building, there are blue bins for aluminum and paper.
