Leadership and the Community answers the question, “Who are you in relation to the community?” In this course, student-leaders will explore community‐based resources and nonprofit agencies in the greater Springfield community. As a leader in the community, how can we better utilize these resources? A variety of leadership theories will be explored with an emphasis on the social change model of leadership development.
