MARC 424: Advanced Architectural Representation II


3 credit hours

Prerequisite: MARC 423
This course builds on the principles and skills taught in previous Architectural Representation courses and provides students with an understanding and ability to use advanced digital design and representation techniques as tools for professional communication. The course will emphasize advanced building design representation, technical drawing, and the development of workflows that integrate schematic 3D modeling with Building Information Modeling software and processes. Students will also be introduced to advanced simulation processes, specifications writing, and integrated project delivery strategies. Offered spring semester.
