About Technology Services

The Department of Technology Services maintains the network, servers, labs, and all faculty and staff computers on campus.  The Springfield campus help desk office is located in the F. W. Olin Library, Room 124, with walk-in hours of Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.  The phone number for call-in support is (417) 873-7300. Call-in support hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Friday from 8am to 5pm, Saturday from noon to 4pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm.  The help desk email support contact is help@drury.edu  and is constantly checked for support requests.

Technology Services is a service organization committed to providing excellent technology support and infrastructure to the Drury community in support of the Drury mission.

Technology Services seeks to:

  1. Provide timely response to the technological needs of the Drury community with excellence that meet or exceed the expectations of our “customers”.

  2. Maintain a team of technology specialists that together, provide a broad knowledge of the technologies they support - a team that is willing to learn and adapt to the constant introduction of new technologies.

  4. Empower our “customers” by sharing with them our technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills so that they can solve many of their own problems.
