Drury University is an institution of higher education offering 63 undergraduate majors and 32 undergraduate minors. Drury offers bright, high-achieving students a commitment to personalized education and diversity. Students explore great ideas and confront questions that will successfully prepare them for dynamic careers and enhanced lives as active global participants.
With the exception of transfer and CGCS evening school students, Drury University students are required to complete the Global Perspectives 21 Core Curriculum. Consequently, Drury University students graduate with a Global Studies minor.
Each year, a theme is selected and incorporated into the GP21 curriculum. Freshmen are required to enroll in Alpha Seminar, a year-long course where students are required to attend numerous speaking engagements through Drury University's convocation series. This year's theme is Hope & Action. The series draws some of the most dynamic scholars, business leaders, and activists from around the country to speak and is paramount to the first-year experience at Drury University.
