The benefit covers the employee and their dependents, so a spouse or child can also use the free credit hour toward a Drury GO program. This makes the partnership a family benefit, not just an individual one.

Is there a cost to our organization to become a partner?

Becoming a Drury GO employer partner comes at no cost to your organization. Your only commitments are identifying Drury as a partner in employee communications and meeting with the Drury GO team once a year to review the partnership.

What degrees can employees pursue through the partnership?

Employees can pursue associate and bachelor’s degrees and evening or online courses through Drury GO, with personalized advising and instruction from faculty who are active professionals in their field.

How often can an employee use the free credit hour benefit?

The free credit hour is available once per semester, so an employee or dependent can apply it toward tuition each term they are enrolled.

How much time does the partnership require from our team?

Drury GO asks for one connection point with your employees per semester and one annual meeting to discuss how the partnership is working. Most of the coordination happens on Drury’s end.

Can employees also access financial aid on top of the free credit hour?

The Employer Partnership qualifies as an institutional scholarship. While students may apply for multiple institutional scholarships, they are eligible to receive only one per semester. In such cases, the student will be awarded the scholarship with the highest value.
