The Dean shall evaluate the work of faculty members in achieving the mission and goals of the department and University and in light of the faculty member’s specific roles within the institution. While teaching is the central role of faculty at Drury and the Dean's evaluation assumes the majority of each faculty member’s efforts are spent in this endeavor, scholarship and service are important faculty roles and success in these areas relative to departmental objectives and requirements is compulsory.
