Apartment-style Housing

Drury's apartment-style housing combines the ultimate in privacy with community living in Springfield's historic Midtown area. Apartments and houses offer students an independent living environment with all the services, conveniences and security of residence hall living. All units are within walking distance of the academic buildings.  All campus housing includes mini-blinds and utilities, just like the residence halls.

Please note that full-time undergraduate students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year prior to the anticipated move-in date.

Returning students select their own roommates, and then apartments are offered to groupings based on combined credits hours, unless there is a special application process noted. Roommate groups should be same-gender, unless applying for a location that is specifically noted as gender-inclusive. It is typical for students with limited credit hours to live in the residence halls.
