Hosted by the Springfield (MO) Symphony Orchestra, Springfield-Drury Civic Orchestra, and Drury University, this workshop will provide aspiring conductors the opportunity to work with a professional chamber ensemble of Springfield Symphony musicians in a nurturing environment. Each participant will receive 30-35 minutes of podium time as well as a preparatory session with the workshop clinicians.

Christopher Koch is currently associate professor of music and Director of Orchestras and Wind Symphony at Drury University, Music Director of the Springfield Regional Opera, and Music Director of the Springfield-Drury Civic Orchestra.
