The Drury Fraternal Council is the governing body of every fraternity on Drury Universities campus.  DFC promotes excellence in academics, community and campus involvement, and brotherhood.  DFC consist of four executive officers as well as one delegate from each affiliated chapter.  

Drury Fraternal Council Officers

  • President: The President is responsible for the general operation of the Council, including meetings, and committees with the DFC Advisor and NIC Area Advisor. The President also focuses on alumni relations, educational programming, and responsible for co-facilitating officer training.
  • Senior Vice President: The Senior Vice President is responsible for maintaining DFC’s by-laws as well as governing all judicial matters related to the fraternal community.  The Vice President also organizes and chairs the monthly Presidents’ Roundtable.
  • Vice President of Recruitment: The Vice President of Recruitment is responsible for all recruitment planning and implementation for DFC.
  • Vice President of Administration and Communication: The Vice President of Administration and Communication is responsible for the planning of all major DFC events as well as working closely with the Panhellenic Vice President of Events to facilitate all Greek events such as Greek Week.  He is also responsible for all marketing and media efforts.  In addition, he is also responsible for creating and maintaining the Drury Fraternal Council’s budget as well as keeping track of all financial transactions of the council. The Vice President of Administration and Communication also takes all minutes at DFC meetings and works closely with other officers to ensure the business of the Council is completed.

Spotlight on the Drury Fraternal Council Leaders

The Drury Fraternal Council is the governing body of all fraternities on Drury Universities Campus.  DFC works to promote unity between fraternity chapters and to ensure excellence throughout the Drury Greek system.  DFC has been restructured to allow for a more cohesive partnership between the Panhellenic and Interfraternity Councils; each officer works with their respective counterpart and the staff advisor.
