Rachael comes to us from The University of California-Los Angeles where she recently completed her doctoral work. She is a trained chemical biologist where her work has focused on perfluorocarbon nanoemuslions for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. She has served as a teaching assistant for biochemistry and chemical biology courses. She holds a B.S. in chemistry from Dordt College and a Ph.D. in chemical biology from UCLA.
