Senior Director of Development
Stewart Davis joins the University as Senior Director of Development, bringing more than 15 years of experience in relationship management, organizational development, and strategic leadership. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained facilitator, Stewart is recognized for his ability to build meaningful partnerships, foster trust, and drive results through collaboration.
He has a strong background in cultivating and strengthening long-term client and stakeholder relationships. Most recently, Stewart served as Project Manager at SRC Logistics, where he managed a multimillion-dollar client portfolio, serving as the primary strategic partner for the company’s largest clients and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and value. His experience also includes leadership roles focused on customer engagement, marketing, and operations at Solarity, Noble Communications, and Missouri State University Athletics—where he began his career managing corporate partnerships, community relations and game operations.
Stewart earned his Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Sport Administration from the University of Kansas and his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication, with minors in General Business and Biomedical Sciences, from Southwest Missouri State University. Known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to mission-driven work, Stewart is passionate about building lasting relationships that advance institutional priorities and expand opportunities for students and the broader university community.
