Transferring from Ozarks Technical Community College to Drury University is a straightforward process, designed to ensure a smooth transition for students aiming to continue their education and skillset. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the transfer and where to start:

1. Application Process

  • Complete the Application: Begin by filling out Drury University’s application for admission.
  • Submit Transcripts: Request official transcripts from all previously attended institutions, including Ozarks Tech, to be sent directly to Drury’s Office of Admission. Additionally, provide your official high school transcript or GED equivalent.
    • Standardized Tests or Essay: If you’ve completed fewer than 30 credit hours, you’ll need to either submit ACT/SAT scores or an admission essay.
  • Don’t forget to file or send us your FAFSA!

2. Transcript Evaluation

Drury evaluates each transcript on a course-by-course basis, and the best way to know what & how is to set up a campus visit! We want to ensure that you understand that not only will your work transfer, but how it transfers. To graduate, you’ll need to complete your final 30 semester hours at Drury; Architecture students are required to complete the last 60 hours.

3. Articulation Agreements

Drury University and Ozarks Tech have established articulation agreements to facilitate seamless transfers. For instance, students with:
