Fall 2020 Fraternity House Move-In Sign-Up

Please choose your top 3 day/time choices. All efforts will be made to give you your top choice depending on availability. A confirmation of your Move-in day/time will be emailed to you by the Greek Life Office. Plan to arrive within the first hour of your timeslot to check-in and receive keys.

You will need to choose a move-in date/time different from your roommates to ensure your families do not interact. This will allow your roommates to be away from the suite when your family is present or stay safely behind a closed door. Someone from Greek Life will call you to reschedule if your timeslot conflicts with someone.

Only bring 2 people to help you move in.

Please sanitize door handles, cabinet pulls, etc. within the suite after your family or move-in helpers departs. Students should bring their own cleaning supplies, but Greek Life/Residence Life staff will have some cleaning wipes available in FSC 124 and 108 during business hours.

Those of you in soccer, cross-country, and folks traveling from outside the US will move in earlier than the general population.

1. *Aforementioned athletes: We are finalizing these early move-in dates with coaches. You’ll receive your date from your coach shortly.
2. *International students who are coming from outside the US: Barry Armstrong has sent you some important information about your special arrival dates. Your dates are going to be much earlier. We will work with you individually.

Checking in: As of now, the plan is for all returning students to get their keys from the Security office, FSC 101. Please wear a mask & stay at least 6 ft apart when waiting for keys. Students & their helpers will get their temperatures checked before getting keys. If any member of your group has a temp of 100.4 or higher, you will not be able to move in that day, and will be require to self-isolate off campus for 14 days before moving in.
