Midtown Properties

About Midtown Properties

The university has several historic 2-, 3- & 4-bedroom homes adjacent to the campus for our full-time day school students. Some homes have 1 bathroom, some have 2. Several Midtown homes are dedicated to student organizations and may require a special application process.

Full-time day school students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year from the anticipated move-in date.
