Jefferson Park North and South feature 2-bedroom, 2-bath units with a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom with a bathroom off the hallway. There are a limited number of 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
The first floor of Jefferson Park North is unfurnished to allow students to bring their own pieces. These apartments are also pet-friendly. Before a student may select a pet-friendly unit, the Housing office must have the Pet Agreement & essay on file.
Full-time day school students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year from the anticipated move-in date.
A student may live with family members in Jefferson Park. A student living with a family member (non-student) would pay full price for the room and meal plan, and an additional “family fee.” If both adults in a family are Drury students, they would be assigned a 2-bedroom unit and each pay for housing & meal plan (but no family fee).

Bedroom A is larger at approximately 14′ x 11′. Bedroom B size varies, but most are approximately 9′ x 10′.
