Built in the late 1990s, College Park houses full-time day school students. College Park has several ADA-accessible units. The complex features fully-furnished 4-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom cottages, 1-person studios.
Full-time day school students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year from the anticipated move-in date.

Mail is delivered to the College Park Community Center. If someone mails you a package, you will receive an email to pick up at the Mail Room located in the Drury Bookstore from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F. The Housing Office will provide your mailing address to you in your housing assignment email in mid-June. Your mailing address will be:
