About University Suites

University Suites apartments opened in August 2012. The suites house 72 full-time day school students. The complex features fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartments with in-unit laundry machines. The complex has ADA-accessible units.

Full-time day school students are eligible for apartment-style housing if they graduated from high school at least one full year prior to the anticipated move-in date.

Amenities

  • Laundry
    • Each unit has a washer and dryer.
  • Mail
    • Mail is delivered to individual mailboxes by the USPS located outside the northeast gate. There are large compartments for packages. If a student gets a package in that compartment, they will find a special key in the personal mailbox with a package compartment number listed. Use the special key to access the compartment. The key will only open the package compartment one time and will stay locked inside the package door until the next day when the mail person comes to release it. Your address will be:

      You may use the 900 N Benton address if you would like it to go to the Mail Room.

  • Recycling
    • All students may use the recycling center located at 927 N. Franklin Ave.  The recycling center accepts cardboard, tin, aluminum, plastic, newspaper and glass.

      There is also recycling for apartments in the College Park Substation and the Findlay Student Center.

  • Trash
    • A Dumpster is located on the east side of the complex.
