Capstone experience in the sequence involves brewing an original beer. This class is built on the students’ knowledge from previous courses in this certificate. The tours focus on the historical perspective, grains and material used in the brewing process. Focus will also be on understanding the techniques used in analyzing the product. (Lab fee required)

**Student must be 21 years or older to take the capstone course.
