Healthcare organizations strive to continually improve the care and services delivered. This course will review the forces pushing healthcare toward quality outcomes and accountability across all levels within diverse healthcare settings. Students will be introduced to frameworks and tools to promote continuous quality improvement and to integrate improvement efforts into decision making and performance assessments.
