Prerequisite: EDUC 205, FUSE 205, and MGMT 374.
This course will allow the student to apply the certificate skills to a DEI challenge in a community or professional setting related to their major. The student will have to 1) define the nature and scope of the DEI challenge of the problem, 2) evaluate the ethical and legal implications of the issue, and 3) identify potential policies, structures, or practices that could be developed by the group, organization non-profit, or business. The project will require the students to develop a plan for change, which will include planning, policy, training, and implementation elements.
