This course develops skill in translating data and AI insights into clear, compelling visuals and narratives that support informed decision-making and drive buy-in across the organization. Topics covered include basics of data visualization, AI-powered visualization tools, and dashboards, using dashboards for ongoing data monitoring and evaluation, and approaches to crafting impactful narratives that allow leaders to communicate key insights to target audiences and stakeholders.
