Through philanthropic gifts, our alumni and friends play a vital role in shaping Drury’s future. We are proud and grateful to celebrate those who support Drury at every level. Our Giving Societies recognize those donors who have been especially consistent or generous in their giving or who have remembered Drury in their estate plan at a significant level.
This giving society honors co-founder Samuel Drury and his wife Angeline. Members of the Drury Society are recognized for cumulative support of $100,000 or more. Members of this society are recognized on the donor wall in Burnham Hall.
Circle of Fellows members are recognized on the wall hanging in Burnham Hall and also on the stone pedestals standing outside of Bay Hall.
The Drury Founder’s Society recognizes those that have included Drury University in their will, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity or trust in the amount of $10,000 or more. The Drury Founders’ names are displayed in the upstairs foyer of Stone Chapel.
Members of this giving society make annual gift to Drury University totaling $2,500 and above between June 1 and May 31.
Named in honor of Drury Founders James and Charles Harwood. The Harwood Society recognizes annual gifts totaling $1,000 to $2,499 made between June 1 and May 31.
The Scarlet and Gray Circle level of giving is named for Drury’s colors, scarlet and gray. This circle represents annual gifts made between June 1 and May 31.
The Drury Loyalty Society was established to recognize all alumni and friends who have made a gift to Drury, at any level and to any program, consecutively for at least 10 years.
