Event Forms should be sent no later than 5 business days before event start date. If the event falls before or after our open hours (M-F 8-5) then form should be submitted no later than 8 business days. Submitting form after these dates does not guarantee you a tech during the time of your event. This form is for on campus events only. Off campus events will not be supported by the Media Center. Please make sure to mark start and set-up times correctly and leave a detailed description of the event below as it relates to your audio/video needs, so we have the best information to help you.

Post-Event Details

What time should AV staff return for teardown (if not staying the full event)?
