Springfield, Mo., October 27, 2023 — Drury University recently concluded its 12th annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference on October 26. The conference, held at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glendalough Conference Center, brought together more than 260 attendees, including nonprofit professionals, leaders and enthusiasts and showcased a lineup of 16 esteemed speakers, each offering unique perspectives on leadership in the nonprofit sector.

One of the conference highlights was the compelling keynote address delivered by Steve Edwards, the Founder of ImagineHealth, LLC. Edwards shared valuable leadership insights that guided a $1.9 billion Missouri-based health system through the challenging Covid-19 crisis. As the former CEO and President of CoxHealth, Edwards successfully realigned priorities and adapted leadership styles to navigate the ever-changing dynamics affecting operations and employee safety.

During the event, the 20th anniversary Community Focus Report was also presented by Dr. Jonathan Groves, facilitator for the report.
