Instructor Development School consists of 48-hours of training in the following areas: Role of the Instructor, Evaluation of the Instructor, Training Aids, Lesson Plan Construction, Teaching Methods, Principles of Learning, Test Construction, Legal Aspects, Source Documentations, Public Speaking and Student Presentations.\
This 48-hour course requires 100% attendance for all six days for certification.
Participants need to have command authorization to attend the training.
The training is over the course of two weeks. The first week contains two 3-day sessions to allow for agency staffing and student preparation.
