Special Requests
Although we try to accommodate special requests of student organizations, there are limited resources available. Please make appropriate plans to ensure that your display remains effective without the guarantee of power outlets or Internet access. With limited space, we ask that you limit attendance to three group members.
Set Up & Clean Up
Participants in the Student Activities Fair must be set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins. Participants are responsible for setting up and cleaning up all group and personal items from the Student Activities Fair. Organizations will receive a $40 late fee if they are not there 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
