Dear recruitment counselor applicant,


We are so excited that you are interested in becoming a recruitment counselor! Being a recruitment counselor is an extremely rewarding position. They serve as leaders, mentors, and guides for potential new members (PNMs) throughout the recruitment process.


Recruitment counselors must be dependable, responsible, and enthusiastic. They are the unbiased information resource for all PNMs going through recruitment. Recruitment counselors are Panhellenic representatives who have no contact with their own chapter during recruitment. Applicants must meet the following requirements to fulfill the duties of a Recruitment Counselor:


* Must currently have and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0


* Must attend recruitment counselor meetings in the Spring and Summer


* Must attend the recruitment counselor retreat


* Must participate in Recruitment Counselor work week


* Must disaffiliate from your chapter


* Must be in good standing with your chapter and be a full-time day student.


* Applicants applying to both the recruitment counselor and orientation leader positions will be considered on a case by case basis, but should speak with Grace about the time commitment and dedication of both important positions


All applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on March 13th, 2020. Late applications will not be accepted.
