Drury offers new options for non-degree programs, stackable credentials this fall
SPRINGFIELD, Mo., July 31, 2019 — Drury University’s College of Continuing Professional Studies will offer two new options for students’ educational paths beginning Fall 2019: credentials and professional enrichment programs.
“We’re pleased to offer more options that meet people where they are and that can help quickly boost the area’s workforce needs,” says Kimbrea Browning, executive vice president of enrollment and operations for adult and online education.
These 12- to 18-hour blocks of classes are designed to pair with and customize a bachelor’s degree to help graduates stand out with an additional focused area of study. Each credential is noted on a student’s transcript as evidence of an additional area of expertise.
Credentials offered are:
- Project Management
- Corporate Conflict Resolution
- Child and Adolescent Development
- International Conflict

The programs offered starting Fall 2019 are:
- Clinical Medical Assistant
- Pharmacy Technician
- Computer Technician CompTIA A+
