Music Major Signature Award (MMSA)

Please complete the following sections if you would like to apply for the MMSA. To be eligible for this award, you must have a high school GPA of 3.5 (college GPA for transfer students). The faculty will review each application and invite a select number of students to participate in an expanded process which will include both an audition and interview.

1. Please list significant solo repertoire you have performed in the last four years (including both title and composer)

2. Please list any honor groups, youth symphonies, or music camps in which you have participated.

4. Please list your private lesson history (teachers, years of study with each teacher)
