Free Thinkers Society

Drury University > Life at Drury > Get Involved > Free Thinkers Society

About the Organization
The purpose of the Free Thinkers Society shall be to give Drury students an opportunity to join a discussion based group comprised of peers with a wide-range of majors and interests; to challenge widely accepted events, concepts, and beliefs within society; to encourage critical thinking about how the claims made by the government, politicians, and the media impact our confidence in said events, concepts, and beliefs. This ties in perfectly with the Student Activities core values of integrity and sustained growth.

Meetings
Free Thinkers Society has meetings monthly on Mondays. Time will depend on the boards availability. The location will vary based on the needs of the discussion.

How to Join
It is our goal to make joining the Free Thinkers Society as simple as possible, because inclusivity is a huge priority of ours. Being a member is as simple as attending as many discussions as possible.
