Summer 2019 Housing Information

Summer 2019 housing is available to students who are registered for the summer or the fall. Students who sign up for both summer sessions A and B or longer get a discounted rate of $11 per night. The whole summer costs $1,078 (May 10 - Aug 17). Short-term summer housing (less than sessions A & B) costs $20 per night.

Summer 2019 Housing Contracts are due in MyDrury by April 15, 2019; however, submit earlier to get into University Suites or Summit Park, which have in-unit laundry and dishwashers. Summer housing will be assigned first-come, first-serve after accommodating students who already live in USuites/Summit Park, as well as the students who will move into those units in the fall.

Students currently living in other apartment locations who sign up for residency continuation for the fall may be allowed to stay in that same apartment/house for the summer, but only if Facilities does not need to do any major deferred maintenance in that unit over the summer. The exception to this is College Park phase III, which will definitely be closed for the entirety of June and July. Fraternity houses may be open for the summer if at least 8 people sign up for each house for the summer.
