The 12th annual Drury University Nonprofit Leadership Conference takes place 8:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glendalough Conference Center, in Springfield, Mo.
The nonprofit sector has endured significant disruption in the past few years, leaving leaders and their teams with limited capacity to step back and take stock of the changing demands on their human and financial resources, as well as mission-focused initiatives. This year’s conference theme, “Ready to Reflect,” encourages attendees to consider how their organization’s vision, mission, and culture are evident in daily operations, planning and budgeting processes, staffing and staff support practices, client and community services, and stakeholder outreach and relations. The “Ready to Reflect” conference presentations will provide attendees with information that fosters powerful insights for organizational evolution and success.
Since 2011, nonprofit and community leaders, staff, board members, volunteers, and students have gathered to explore issues and opportunities facing the nonprofit community. The annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference is one of the many ways Drury University serves individuals and communities with a high-quality learning experience.
