Drury's Ava campus serves students throughout Douglas, Ozark, Wright, and Webster counties. Ava offers academic advising, financial aid assistance, and career counseling. Computer labs with high speed internet access are available. The Ava office is open Monday - Thursday at the MOCH Wellness Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and at the Ava high school from 4 - 10 p.m. Friday's hours are by appointment only. Offices are open year-round, excluding holidays.

The Fort Leonard Wood and St. Robert Annex campuses offer over 200 courses a year in over 30 degree programs including the Associates of Science, Bachelors of Science, and Masters degrees, as well as the Service Members Opportunity College and the Troops to Teachers Program. The St. Robert Annex campus was completed in March 2003 and boasts eight staff & faculty offices, 14 classrooms, two Biology/Chemistry laboratories, two computer laboratories, a library, a student lounge, and ample parking.

Drury University’s Houston campus is located in downtown Houston. The campus serves residents of the city of Houston, Texas County and the greater south central Missouri region. Both bachelor’s and associate’s degrees can be completed on campus, with classes are offered year-round in 4-, 8- and 16-week blocks. In addition to classes and degree programs, the Houston campus is also home to Drury's Health Dual Degree programs in nursing and health science. The classroom location at 122 E. Commercial Street is a permanent home for Drury classes in the region and will allow Drury to offer summer classes in Lebanon for the first time in several years. The space houses a new computer lab and student lounge.
