This course is designed to equip students entering the MBA program with the essential tools required to succeed in both the program itself and in today’s turbulent business environment. A key component of this course is developmental in nature. Students enrolled in this class will receive instruction in communication technology platforms (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom), will identify the goals they hope to achieve in their MBA education, and will participate in leadership assessment and development exercises.
