The Drury Springfield Promise (DSP) is our pledge to ensure that talented students from this region can turn their dreams into reality without the heavy burden of financial barriers.

Through the DSP, we offer targeted support to students in eight surrounding counties, creating pathways to higher education that reflect Drury’s deep investment in its neighbors. This program provides two types of assistance, tailored to meet students where they are:

The DSP Scholarship guarantees every admitted student from the region a $2,000 scholarship, renewable each year as they pursue their degrees. It’s a simple, accessible way to acknowledge the potential within our community and encourage students to take the first step toward a brighter future.

The DSP Grant goes further for those with the greatest financial need, ensuring tuition and fees never exceed $3,000 annually for qualifying students. This grant not only eases financial stress but also opens the door to new possibilities.

DSP participants represent the heart of our community’s future, from high school graduates and homeschoolers to transfer students and OTC alumni. They also gain more than financial aid: dedicated commuter benefits, access to campus resources, and opportunities to engage deeply in campus life.
