Carina Collins, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Chemistry
Dr. Collins came to Drury from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she has been a postdoctoral researcher in biochemistry. Her research interest is in plant pathology and membrane protein biochemistry. She has experience in a liberal arts college as well as two R1 research institutions and plans to bring this understanding to the classroom/lab to provide an engaged learning experience for Drury students. She holds a B.A. in biochemistry from William Jewell College; and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
