Ron Staab is an Executive Professor of Production Operations and Marketing at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He spent 30 years in the retail world, with progressing levels of
responsibility from entry-level supervision to three years as Chief Operating Officer at Arhaus Furniture, 16 years with Frito Lay and 10 years with Lbrands.
Ron is involved in his community through many volunteer activities that include coaching his children’s high school swimming team, township parks and recreation advisory board, athletic booster club treasury office, and serving on the board of trustees at an animal shelter – to name a few. He is currently an advisory trustee on the board for Vista Packaging/ Logistics, a Columbus-based packaging and logistics provider.
After graduating from Drury University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, he furthered his academic career by obtaining an MBA from Mississippi College in 1990.
Ron and his wife, Linda ’83, have three children, Austin, Hillary ’12 and Chelsea ’15.
