Sigma Pi House

The Sigma Pi fraternity house is a $1.4 million house located in Drury University's fraternity quadrangle. The house is located on North Robberson, and is home to the brothers of Drury's chapter of Sigma Pi.

The Sigma Pi house was a joint project between the architectural firms of Rosemann & Associates of St. Louis and local firm John Oke-Thomas & Associates. It was financed by approximately $420,000 raised by Fraternity alumni and friends and nearly $1 million contributed by Drury University.

The house contains over 10,000 square feet of floor space, 12 bedrooms with space for 28 students, separate apartment for the house director, a large meeting room, chapter room, study, and front and back verandas.
