F.W. Olin Library

Olin Library houses all of Drury University's reference & research materials, the university archives, and many other resources that aid in the academic experience. The library was built in 1992 with a grant from the F.W. Olin Foundation in New York.

First Floor
The first floor of the Olin Library features periodicals, reference materials, microforms, and videos. International students may watch television programming in their native language via satellite at the monitors directly to the right of the stairs.

Second Floor
The upper level is home to the university's large collection of books. It also houses the Writing Center, which offers assistance to students with writing papers, resumes, and more. The Harwood Reading Room, individual study desks, chalk rooms for group study, and comfortable sofas and chairs are also located upstairs. The flags that line the library atrium represent the countries of the current and former international Drury students.

Lower Level
A computer lab, rare manuscript room, campus archives, and extensive slide library are all located on the lower level of the library.

Additional Information
The Olin library is open 7 days a week. The library owns more than 180,000 books and subscribes to more than 550 periodicals. Drury users have access to another 6.5 million book titles through a Missouri academic library consortium called MOBIUS and to several thousand more periodicals through our many databases and interlibrary loan.
