Sunderland Hall is Drury's newest
residence for students. This four-story,
47,000 square feet residence hall has
128 private student rooms arranged in
36 suites of four students each.
Every private student room is fully
furnished and features a MicroFridge
- a convenient refrigerator/freezer/ microwave
appliance. Each suite of four rooms
includes two bathrooms with toilet,
shower and twin washbasins. Coin- and
card-operated laundry facilities are
on each floor of Sunderland Hall, along
with drink and snack vending machines.
In addition to its appealing architecture,
Sunderland Hall includes multipurpose
spaces that can easily transition from
classrooms to social areas, following
Drury's Living Learning Communities
philosophy.
The $5 million residence hall opened
for its first tenants in January 2005.
