IT Help for New Students
Welcome to Drury University. As a new student there are many questions you have as you enter this important chapter in your life. Our goal is to offer you some important information on technology here at Drury as well as answer any questions you may have related to the use of technology (i.e. wireless access, Free Microsoft Office, computer services offered, FAQs, where to go for help, and much more).
How I do contact the Drury University Help Desk for technical support?

- Visit us in person at our new help desk office now located in the Olin Library.
- Submit a help desk ticket using the help desk request link found on our technical support website at support.drury.edu
Your Drury student email login will not work until you reset your current password using the password reset found in MyDrury. Just login into MyDrury then click on Home and then click on the Password Reset link with the lock icon.
If you are not able to login into MyDrury then please contact our help desk for assistance.
Free Microsoft Office and 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage now included with your Student Office 365 Email Account:
Office 365 email now includes the Microsoft Office suite free of charge. You will now be able to work in the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and much more. You can install your Microsoft Office software on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad!) including smartphones. Personal files can be saved online in your 1TB OneDrive included with the Office 365 so it can be accessed no matter which device is being used.

How do I connect to Drury’s Network?
Ethernet: Most of our student housing will have wired connections to the campus network. Each residence hall room has one connection per occupant.
Wireless Setup: In order to be connected to the wireless network, you will need to configure a profile for our Panthers wireless on your computer. We now have the wireless configuration guides available online at Campus Wireless Guides support website or you can bring your computer to our help desk office.
Wireless Coverage Areas: All student housing and most of the campus has wireless coverage except for a few isolated areas near the edge of the campus.

Walk-In Help Desk Office Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
Phone Support Hours: Fall and Spring Semesters Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Fridays 8pm-5pm, Saturday Noon to 4pm and Sunday 1pm to 4pm
