Services for Students
Technology is great... when it works. When it doesn't, the Help Desk and Technology Services are your contacts. Whether your email just won't send, you can't connect to the Internet, or the blue-screen-of-death has appeared, Technology Services can help.
The Help Desk call center is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mondays-Thursdays and Fridays 8am-5pm for walk-ins and 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm Sat and 2pm-6pm during the summer. If you are having a problem, contact us at 417-873-7300 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Help Desk is unable to resolve your problem over the phone, a work order will be entered into the TS system and will be assigned to a Technology Services staff member or student worker. You may also submit an online work order at any time.
Technology Services offers support to students who are experiencing network issues on campus. Network issues should first be called into the Help Desk. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, then a work order for your case will be sent to the Technology Services office and our network team will be there to help.
