About Lüneburg

There's plenty to do and see in Lüneburg!  From the 13th century 'City Hall,' the old crane in the harbor, and gothic churches to the ever popular salt baths, one of Lüneburg's most beautiful and famous attractions, you will never run out of options.  There are two yearly 'Historical Festivals,' a market open every Wednesday and Saturday (a student favorite!), and several museums to explore.  Lastly, Lüneburg boasts an extensive nightlife filled with picturesque cafes, pubs and alfresco beer gardens.  In fact, Lüneburg has the biggest concentration of cafes and pubs per capita in Northern Germany.
