Special Requests

Although we try to accommodate special requests of student organizations, there are limited resources available. Please make appropriate plans to ensure that your display remains effective without the guarantee of power outlets or Internet access. With limited space, we ask that you limit attendance to three group members.

Participation Requirements

Set Up & Clean Up:
Participants in the Student Activities Fair must be set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins. Participants are responsible for setting up and cleaning up all group and personal items from the Student Activities Fair.

I understand that some of the information listed on this application will be made available to interested Drury students, University departments and the general public. (Student contact information will not be released to the general public).

Our student organization will comply with Student Activities Fair Regulations, Drury University policies, University facility regulations, and all other policies governing student organizations.
